What is the 60 Day Challenge?
I have found that if I have a "push' towards my goals or a burst of activity that I can accomplish more. It keeps me focused and my results increase substantially. So this is my next 60 day push or challenge. I have things to do every single day and when its over I reward my self with something I really want. I then can relax for a bit and prepare for the next push. A couple of the things I want to accomplish this time is lower my fat by 10 percent and be able to really cleanse my liver to where my face is less red and I am truly healthy. I am very excited about the next 60 day push, I do not include weekends as part of the deal although I will be very strict in what I do those days as well in what I
Today is the Start of the 60 Day Challenge.
Life is about choices we make which then creates or destroys what we love and what we are on this earth to accomplish. I personally am shocked every day at the choices that I see people make with their lives. They drink to much, eat to much junk and no think about what they are doing. I look and think.
Why are some people able to make the hard choices? Why does one person seem to make a difference in their lives and the lives around them when the person who lives right next door just plots down the road never really doing anything differently?
I had a coach that would teach that success leaves clues. So studying success and what successful people do can and will make a difference in all of our lives.
I am ready for the challenge and facing my fears. Tomorrow I will talk more about what I am looking to achieve and what I am willing to give up to accomplish it.
